2. Orders and Delivery Services
By placing an order, you confirm that the order information (including product model, quantity, shipping address, etc.) is accurate. We will complete order review, product preparation, and packaging within 3-5 business days and arrange shipment.
Once the product is shipped, it will typically be delivered to your designated address within 7-10 business days. Delivery times may be slightly delayed due to local logistics conditions, public holidays, or other force majeure factors. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate but are not responsible for any additional liabilities arising from such delays.
You should check the product information upon receipt. If you find any damage or discrepancies, take photos as evidence on the spot and contact customer service during working hours. Failure to report issues within the specified time will be considered as acceptance of the product in good condition.
3. Pricing and Tax Information
The product prices you pay already include applicable taxes, and no additional fees are required. Prices are based on the information displayed at the time of order and will not be adjusted after the order is placed, except in cases of system errors, force majeure, or other special circumstances.
Import duties will be applied in accordance with Philippine regulations. Any applicable duties must be borne by the customer. We do not assume any responsibility or costs related to import duties. You may consult the local customs office in advance for specific duty policies.
4. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
Our Rights and Obligations:
- We have the right to provide services in accordance with these terms, review order information, and reject invalid or non-compliant orders.
- We guarantee that the products sold meet relevant quality standards, and we disclose product information truthfully without false advertising.
- We will handle orders promptly, arrange delivery, and provide necessary after-sales consultation.
- We will strictly protect your personal information in accordance with the principles of legality, fairness, and necessity, and will not disclose or sell your personal information (except as required by law).
Your Rights and Obligations:
- You have the right to request that we provide products and services according to these terms and to request corrections for any services that do not meet the agreed standards.
